Honed Tube Factory Overview
Our honed tube factory was established with a focus on modern management systems and technologies in 1996. With over two decades of experience in producing honed tubes and other precision steel tubes, we have become a leading manufacturer in the industry.
Our honed tube factory spans a total of 30,000 square meters, with a production plant area of 25,000 square meters.
To meet the demands of our customers, we have a production capacity of over 20,000 tons of cold-drawn seamless tubes, honed tubes, and hydraulic cylinder tubes.
Chrome Plated Bar Factory Overview
Our chrome plated bar factory was built in the year 2000, and now it has grown to the leading chrome plated rods manufacturer in the field. With 35000 square meters area, our chrome rod factory can produce 30,000 tons of chrome plated rods, 5000 tons of chrome plated hollow rods.
Our chrome rod factory has more than 10 advanced manufacturing workshops, each workshop act one or several specific manufacturing process. And to differ from other companies, we have our own chrome plating workshop, which ensures us to control the chrome plating quality strictly and better, while most of the other chrome plated rod companies do not have their own chrome plating factory.

As a leading hydraulic honed tube manufacturer, our factory produces honed tubes with an inner diameter range of 32mm to 800mm.
Our honed tube metric and imperial sizes are available for reference.
With a production capacity of 20,000 metric tons, our honed tubes are primarily utilized in the creation of hydraulic cylinders.
– Hard chrome plated bar for hydraulic cylinder piston rods.
Our factory also produce hard chrome plated bar for hydraulic piston bar, the available size range is 6 mm to 800 mm.
The capacity of chrome plated bar for our factory is 2000 tons each month.
– Chrome plated tubes / chrome plated hollow bars
In addition to honed tubes, our factory specializes in the production of high-quality chrome plated tubes. We offer these tubes with inside diameters ranging from 32 MM to 800 MM, and the thickness of the chrome plated layer can be customized according to customer specifications, with a range from 10 microns to 30 microns.
– Cold drawn seamless steel tubes
We are the professional cold drawn seamless steel tubes in China. Our factory manufactures and supplies CDS tubes for producing honed tubing, and other purpose such as mechanical tubes, hydraulic tubes and boiler tubes and so on. These CDS tubes are made with the latest technology to ensure top quality and customer satisfaction.
