Surface condition of chrome plated hollow rods

Our chrome plated hollow rods are chrome plated on outer diameter. The chrome plating thickness can be max to 60 microns. The popular plating thickness is 15 microns, 20 microns, 25 microns, 30 microns, 50 microns, etc. We can make the chrome thickness upon customers’ request. 

 The chrome thickness of 20 microns and 25 microns are the most commonly requested standard. 

The outer diameter is finished to a roughness of between Ra 0.2μm and Ra 0.4μm (8RA to 15RA).
